- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience with 3+ years hands-on experience in SPM/PPM.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SPM workflows and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and ACLs.
- Robust hands-on experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation and approvals.
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating ServiceNow with external applications.
