Role Description The ServiceNow SPM Developer will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions that support enterprise project, demand, and resource management. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing SPM modules, building custom applications and workflows, integrating ServiceNow with other systems, and optimizing existing configurations based on business requirements. The developer will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions following best practices and governance standards.

The role includes troubleshooting issues, performing testing,



maintaining documentation, and supporting ongoing enhancements and upgrades. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM (preferred).
- ITIL v3/v4, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
- UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer
- Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Integrations and data transformations
- Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models in ServiceNow.
- Soft Skills & Leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Experience facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and portfolio governance forums.
