Job Summary

Manage, track, and optimize software and hardware assets using ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro.

We are looking for a skilled SAM/HAM Consultant with robust experience in IT Asset Management, licensing compliance, and ServiceNow SAM Pro. You will support lifecycle management and compliance initiatives across clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage and track software and hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize asset usage and minimize costs through effective management practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate asset records.
- Utilize ITAM tools and platforms to monitor and manage assets.
- Provide guidance and support on ITAM best practices.
- Formulate solution designs and implementation roadmaps using ServiceNow SAM Pro.

Qualifications

- Experience:



6 - 8 yrs total, 6 yrs relevant.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITAM principles and software licensing models.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft licensing compliance.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Certifications: CAMP, CSAM, CITAM, ServiceNow SAM/HAM Implementation Specialist.
