We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with robust integration experience to build, configure, and maintain ITSM solutions across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure and maintain platform elements like workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and policies.
- Build and support third-party integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
- Write test scripts for integrations.
- Configure notifications, SLAs, workflows, users, groups, and more.
- Follow development best practices and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Experience:
6-8 yrs total; 6+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow.
- 5+ yrs of experience in third-party integrations.
- Proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies.
- Hands-on with ServiceNow APIs and platform configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
