Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirement workshops for Service Portfolio Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements.
- Advise on ServiceNow configuration and needed customizations.
- Summarize and present requirement blueprints for approval.
- Assist in building the initial product backlog.
- Estimate cross-platform dependencies and data governance needs.
- Identify actions for improved product adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience:
8+ yrs in ServiceNow development with specialization in ITBM/SPM.
- Proven experience in requirement workshops and blueprint creation.
- Robust understanding of Service Portfolio Management and ITSM best practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
