Deliver and customize ServiceNow IRM and GRC modules to support integrated risk management and compliance programs.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with deep expertise in GRC, SECOPS, and IRM modules to join our team and support medium to large-scale implementations across clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and customize ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Third Party Risk, Privacy, BCM, and RCM.
- Configure IRM modules and build scoped applications for compliance programs.
- Customize and manage ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, Workflows, etc.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools like Splunk, Jira, and Active Directory.
- Manage end-to-end implementations including UCF integrations and data imports.
- Customize and modify out-of-the-box workflows as per client requirements.
- Work with risk assessments and authority document configurations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 - 8 yrs total.
- Relevant Experience: 6 yrs in ServiceNow IRM/GRC/SECOPS.
- Hands-on with SIR, VR, TI modules in SECOPS.
- Experienced with SOAP/REST integrations.
- Robust in creating and managing authority documents, control objectives, indicators, and controls.
- Worked on UCF integration and third-party compliance tools.
