Lead and execute end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementations, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Administrator to manage CMDB integrity, drive discovery and mapping processes, and ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead ITOM implementations including CMDB design, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Deploy and configure MID Servers.
- Identify, classify, and map CI relationships.
- Automate CMDB data management using scripting.
- Understand infrastructure (network, server, storage, virtualization) relevant to discovery.
- Troubleshoot discovery and service mapping issues with SMEs and vendors.
- Monitor CMDB health, deduplicate CI data, and implement transformation scripts.
- Develop and maintain service maps including application dependencies.
- Document technical and process aspects; deliver stakeholder training.
- Drive process optimization and maintain CMDB data KPIs above 99%.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ yrs total, 4+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Hands-on with ServiceNow ITOM suite and scripting for automation.
- Robust knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and Service Mapping.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux, network, storage, and virtualization tech.
