ServiceNow Integration Developer – HRSD

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD integrations with internal and external applications.

Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.

Configure and customize HRSD modules, HR Services, workflows, and business processes.

Build and maintain IntegrationHub spokes, Flow Designer flows, and custom integrations.

Develop and maintain Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, SOAP Messages, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Transform Maps.

Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory/Entra ID, payroll, identity management, and other HR applications.

Handle employee data synchronization, onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle events, and HR case-related integrations.





Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources, and Scheduled Imports.

Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and performance problems.

Implement appropriate authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, certificates, and API keys.

Ensure integrations follow ServiceNow security, governance, and development best practices.

Work with HR, technical, and integration teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Prepare technical documentation, integration mappings, and support knowledge articles.

Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
