Role: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst

:

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

- Work closely with HR, IT, and technical teams to understand existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

- Robust understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog.

- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, process mapping, and gap analysis.

- Define and document as-is and to-be HR processes and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions.

- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects for configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation activities.

- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, and business validation.





- Coordinate with stakeholders during SIT/UAT and ensure requirements are implemented as expected.

- Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.

- Work with integration teams for HRSD integrations with HR systems, identity/access management, and other enterprise applications.

- Prepare functional specifications and provide clarification to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Support deployment, production validation, documentation, and post-go-live activities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
