Design, develop, and architect HRSD applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead development and customization of HRSD modules and portals.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop OOTB and custom HRSD applications on ServiceNow.
- Architect HR case management, onboarding, employee center, taxonomy, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain processes and Service Portal configurations.
- Create custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS.
- Document new and existing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8-10+ yrs total; 8+ yrs relevant in HRSD development and architecture.
- Solid experience in Service Portal, mobile app development, cross-browser testing.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap.
- Understanding of software development and Agile (SCRUM).
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
