About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team and work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and deployments.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development, configuration, scripting, integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform technical analysis and ServiceNow application/module development.
- Design, configure, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
- Work closely with Product Owners on user stories, requirements, and requested enhancements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Scripts, ACLs, and other platform components.
- Create/configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Work on ServiceNow integrations with multiple third-party applications.
- Use Flow Designer, Integration Hub,



and traditional Workflows to build solutions.
- Troubleshoot medium-to-complex configuration and scripting issues.
- Conduct code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, peers, colleagues, and product owners to resolve technical challenges.
- Continuously enhance ServiceNow platform knowledge and stay updated with new releases and capabilities.

- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API knowledge.
- Hands-on scripting with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Scripts, and ACLs.
- Strong experience with third-party integrations and ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
- Flow Designer & Integration Hub
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Configuration and customization of HRSD solutions.

Certifications

Mandatory:

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR

Any One Required:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
