Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including lifecycle events, virtual agent, and integrations.
We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with expertise in case management, scoped apps, and HR integrations to lead HR service transformations.
Responsibilities
- Implement HRSD modules: Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Employee Document Management, and Employee Center.
- Integrate with external HR tools like HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Configure Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Lead architecture design, code reviews, and develop PoCs.
- Conduct requirement gathering and lead client workshops.
- Prepare and review HRSD solution designs and workbooks.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.
- Map HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
Qualifications
- Total Experience: 8+ yrs.
- Relevant Experience: 6+ yrs in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Proficient in scoped application development and HRSD modules.
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub spokes (e.g., Adobe, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Solid consulting, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and preparing strategic documentation.
