Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to work on integration-heavy implementations, advanced portal development, and automation using up-to-date ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow HRSD integrations and solutions.
- Work with ServiceNow Portals, Playbooks, Process Automation Designer.
- Design and implement customized widgets and portal pages.
- Troubleshoot complex portal and widget issues.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Implement workflows, flow designers, catalogue items, and scoped apps.
- Collaborate in Agile teams and follow development best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ yrs total and relevant in ServiceNow HRSD + Integration.
- Experience in ITSM/HRSD modules, Portals, Widgets, and App Engine Studio.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS.
- Hands-on with UI Pages, Menus, Workflows, Flow Designers, Scoped Apps.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs and best practices.
- Certifications: CSA, HRSD Certified Application Developer.
- Experience with high-security integration environments.
- Good communication and Agile project execution understanding.
