Job Summary

Configure, develop, and maintain HRSD and Portal features in ServiceNow, including Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, and integrations. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong portal development skills to implement and troubleshoot HRSD configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities

- Configure and troubleshoot HR Services, Record Producers, Life Cycle Events, HR/COE Criteria.
- Manage ACLs, security attributes, user and HR profiles, groups, and roles.
- Implement HR Assignment Rules, Matching Rules, AWA, and Auto Assignment.
- Develop using UI Policies, Business Rules, Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, and Workflows.
- Customize Agent Workspace using UI Builder.
- Design dashboards, PA widgets, reports, indicators, and data sources.
- Work with scoped applications and cross-scope privileges.
- Develop and configure Virtual Agents and Agent Chat.
- Customize and troubleshoot Portal Widgets, including Employee Center Pro.




- Lead knowledge management configuration and customization.
- Handle integration configurations including REST APIs and Integration Hub (e.g., SharePoint Spokes).
- Mentor junior developers and support technical queries.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Proficient in Portal customization, Virtual Agent, and Agent Workspace.
- Solid scripting skills (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, etc.).
- Deep understanding of ITSM and HRSD processes.
- Hands-on with REST integrations, Integration Hub, and scoped applications.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
