Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Experience Range: 4 – 12 Years

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Must Have:

- Platform Development & Configuration
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices across ITSM, CMDB modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and notifications.
- Customize Service Portal and CMS components for enhanced user experience.
- Perform instance management, update set promotion, and release coordination.
- Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Integrate ITSM processes with CMDB and Service Catalog.
- Implement SLA definitions, escalation rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Configure MID Servers, credentials, probes,



and sensors for Discovery.
- Build and maintain dynamic and static Service Maps to support CMDB accuracy and change impact analysis.
- Integrate with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk) for Event Management and proactive incident response.
- Develop custom patterns, scripts, and integrations using IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connectors.
- Implement and maintain Hardware and Software Asset Management modules.

Good to Have:

- Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Configure and support Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Integrate with external vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) and SIEM tools.
- Automate threat intelligence workflows and remediation processes.
