Role & responsibilities

Responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions to support risk, compliance, policy, and audit management processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and workflows.
- Work on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management modules.
- Perform ServiceNow customization using JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Automate processes using Flow Designer/Workflows.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions.
- Support testing, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.





Preferred candidate profile

- 4 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development and implementation.
- Robust hands-on experience with Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certification is an added advantage.
