Must Have:

Role Summary:

Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using Integration Hub, ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop integrations using Integration Hub Spokes and Flow Designer
- Build and maintain Scripted REST APIs and inbound/outbound integrations




- Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure integration patterns
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Workday, IAM, and third-party platforms
- Develop reusable integration components and utilities
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (JavaScript/Glide)
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, API security, and error handling
- Exposure to Workday Web Services / REST integrations
