Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within ITSM. Work on story implementation, customization, and enhancements in existing modules. Analyze current ITSM setup and recommend best practices, optimizations, and governance improvements.
Identify opportunities to introduce automation, workflow improvements, and new capabilities. Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, provide solutioning, and ensure high-quality delivery. Contribute across non-ITSM modules such as HRSD, CSM, or SPM valuable to have.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security, and performance optimization. Mentor junior developers and support team capability building as needed. exp in ITSM + integrations
