We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep experience in ITSM and integrations to develop and support ServiceNow-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform including ITSM and scoped apps.
- Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, email, MID Server, etc.
- Use Integration Hub, SSO, and Import Sets for external data handling.
- Configure UI components (UI Scripting, Policies, Actions, Macros), workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Perform platform administration, catalog item development, and reporting.
- Write technical documentation and user manuals.
- Collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks and ensure delivery.
- Implement low-code automation for business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ yrs total and relevant in ServiceNow development.
- Expert in ServiceNow ITSM, scoped apps, and integrations.
- Proficient in scripting (UI, Business Rules), Flow Designer, workflows, and platform admin.
- Experience with SQL, database views, and third-party integrations.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and collaboration skills.
