With 5 Years of handson experience ServiceNow development implementation and enhancements

Expertise in designing developing customizing administering custom application processes handling incidents problems changes and service requests

Designed End to end Integrations for the customer needs and giving demo to the customer

Good to have Data modelling experience

Engage in support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment

Possess strong integration skills for seamless connectivity of ServiceNow with other systems

Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITSM Agile Service Now platform





Work with a team to design develop implement and maintain highquality technical solutions

Strong technical and analytical skills to generate cutting-edge ideas to resolve application problems

Fast learner and a good team member having an analytical bent of mind and positive attitude

Possess creative thinking and good written and verbal professional communication skills

Certifications

ServiceNow Administration certification

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification ITSM Optional
