ServiceNow Developer – GRC / IRM

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications.

Implement and maintain Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management solutions.

Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, ACLs, notifications, and scheduled jobs.

Configure Flow Designer, Workflow, approvals, tasks, and automation for GRC/IRM processes.

Develop and maintain custom applications, tables, forms, views, and reports.

Configure risk frameworks, controls, indicators, risk statements, profiles, policies, and compliance requirements.

Support implementation of IRM lifecycle processes, including risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and reporting.





Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.

Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects.

Work with business, risk, compliance, audit, security, and IT teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.

Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security controls, and governance requirements.
