Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom applications. We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong expertise in CSM implementation and custom app development on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead technical solution design sessions.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation within the CSM domain.
- Design, code, and troubleshoot applications in ServiceNow CSM modules.
- Ensure smooth operation of Customer Service Management processes.
- Provide support for troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
- Work with UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Workspace, Workflows, Flow Designers, and Integration Hub.
- Develop Service Portal using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and manage scoped applications and custom apps.
- Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, Spokes, App Designer,



and Glide System APIs.

Qualifications

- Total Experience: 5+ yrs
- Relevant Experience: 3+ yrs in CSM
- Robust communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Familiar with Agile execution methodologies and ceremonies
- Experience in Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Reporting Performance Analytics
- Hands-on with scripting components: Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, Glide AJAX
- Expertise in ServiceNow Portal and Custom App development
