- Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow TSM/TSOM implementations.

- Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture design.

/n

- Design solutions for Service Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Service Inventory,

/n /n Resource Inventory, and Network Service Lifecycle. /n /n

- Design telecom-specific solutions for Fiber, Mobile, Enterprise Connectivity, SD-WAN and Broadband services.

/n

- Define integrations with OSS, BSS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, Activation, Monitoring and Network Management Systems.

/n

- Architect REST/SOAP, API-led, middleware and event-based integrations.

/n

- Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and platform roadmap.

/n

- Conduct architecture reviews,



solution assessments, and provide technical guidance to development teams.

- Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and telecom operations teams.

- Support RFP/RFI, solution estimation and technical proposals.
