- Develop detailed technical designs and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead enhancement backlog items from design through deployment.
- Develop, test, package and deploy ServiceNow applications.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance.
- Work with Platform Administrators, QA and business teams for testing and production releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Participate in defect triage, RCA and issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, test strategies and deployment plans.
- Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
