Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions, integrations, and automations.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and perform solution design.
- Assess impact of current solutions and configuration changes.
- Develop and configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows.
- Build and support integrations with other systems.
- Conduct system integration and unit testing.
- Provide support during UAT and production rollout.
- Implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ yrs total, 5+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow.
- Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITSM and Integrations.
- Proficient in scripting, workflows, and solution architecture.
