Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using ServiceNow App Engine. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow App Engine Developer to design and develop custom business applications on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working with Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces using UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
- Utilize Flow Designer, Data Designer, and Decision Builder to create workflows.
- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Maintain data integrity through CMDB/data modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
- Create technical documentation and conduct peer reviews.

Qualifications

- 4+ yrs of experience with ServiceNow platform development.




- 2+ yrs of hands-on experience with App Engine Studio and custom apps.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Solid in Flow Designer, UI Builder, ACLs, and Security Rules.
- Experience with form layout and data schema customization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD.
- Preferred: ServiceNow CAD Certification.
- Good to have: Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, GenAI features.
- Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, CSM modules.
- Familiarity with IntegrationHub, App Engine Mgmt Center, Store apps.
- Strong scripting, including script includes, SLAs, notifications, inbound actions, DB views.
