As our new ServiceNow Administrator, you will serve as a first point of contact for business stakeholders regarding ServiceNow platform issues and development needs. You will ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the ServiceNow platform while driving continuous improvements. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will translate requirements into scalable solutions, automate processes, and support integrations, upgrades, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain users, groups, roles, ACLs, security settings, and platform configurations
- Configure and support ITSM and CSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge Management, portals, and case management
- Build and maintain forms, fields, tables, views, notifications, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, and scripts
- Configure workflows and Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes
- Troubleshoot platform issues, integrations, configuration challenges, and user-reported incidents
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions

Job Requirements

- Experience with ServiceNow administration, platform configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting,



and support
- Knowledge of users, groups, roles, ACLs, security, tables, data models, forms, lists, views, notifications, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, workflows, Flow Designer, and JavaScript
- Practical exposure to ATF, Service Catalog configuration, CSM functionality, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues
- Communicates and collaborates effectively
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
