Prepare and submit quotations for motor servicing, rewinding, and repair jobs.
Analyze customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions .
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to finalize orders.
Convert inquiries into confirmed service orders .
Order Processing & Documentation:
Follow up for Purchase Order (PO) receipt from customers
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and orders
Execution Coordination
Coordinate with workshop/service team for timely servicing, rewinding, and repair.
Monitor job progress and update customers on status.
Ensure quality and timely completion of jobs .
Dispatch & Logistics:
Coordinate with dispatch team for timely delivery of serviced motors . Ensure proper documentation and dispatch procedures are followed . Customer & Payment Follow-up:
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections.
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction .
Act as a point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on timely resolution .
