Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to lead and manage our ERP Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the ERP Support Team.
- Handle technical and functional ERP support issues.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide team members in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with the technical and development teams when required.
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of support issues.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualification UG/PG in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP Support / Technical Support.
- UG/PG qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable team leadership and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
