Experience: 1–2 years (industrial machines/electrical field experience preferred)

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician to handle on-site and off-site repair, maintenance, and installation of welding & cutting machines. You'll work closely with our Sales, Accounts, and Purchase teams to resolve customer service issues end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customer sites for machine repair, inspection, and troubleshooting
- Handle in-house/workshop repairs for machines brought in by customers
- Check warranty status and coordinate with Billing for free/chargeable repairs
- Diagnose and repair machine boards (electrical/electronic circuits)
- Assist with new machine installation and setup
- Coordinate with Purchase for spare parts procurement
- Submit weekly/monthly service reports





Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical/mechanical repair work (industrial machines preferred)
- Candidates with a strong electrical background but limited machine-specific experience are also welcome — full training on welding/cutting machine repair will be provided
- Ability to diagnose electrical/mechanical faults
- Comfortable with field visits
- Basic Hindi & English communication
- Own two-wheeler preferred (for site visits)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
