• Resource Capacity & Utilization Monitoring: Technical competence setting up operational resource plans, capacity forecasting matrices, allocation schedules, and configuring real-time timecard management tracking.

• PPM Lifecycle Execution Suite: Expertise configuring and extending turnkey Project & Program Management capabilities (Project Workspace, Planning Consoles), alongside fine-tuning complex project templates.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

- Architect Strategic Governance: Own the deployment, schema layout, and workspace configurations for the global enterprise ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management layer.
- Map Execution to Strategy: Catalog multi-modal project frameworks, enterprise demands, and operational capacities into a single, unified pipeline inventory.

• Build Capacity & Allocation Boundaries: Implement strict resource allocation thresholds and investment funding boundaries to prevent rogue spending or runaway utilization bottlenecks.

- Deploy Turnkey Project Ecosystems: Orchestrate platform workflows utilizing Project Workspaces and automated status reporting to summarize delivery health metrics.

- Quantify Business Value: Develop multi-variable Platform Analytics and Performance dashboards connecting execution metrics directly to organizational OKRs and cost-avoidance targets.
- Enforce Investment Gate Checks: Partner with PMO and financial groups to deploy rigid pre-flight valuation and funding checklists before shifting business ideas into active project lifecycles.

• Ensure Continuous Upgrades: Support foundational system maintenance, configuration adjustment logs, formula versioning, and platform version upgrades across the entire ecosystem.
