About the Role / role summary

Responsible for managing the overall service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient workshop performance, and achievement of service revenue targets. The role includes supervising the service team, monitoring repair quality and turnaround time, managing customer complaints, ensuring proper workshop processes, and maintaining compliance with company and OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day workshop and service operations.
- Lead and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality repairs.
- Achieve service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor workshop efficiency, manpower utilization, and job progress.
- Ensure adherence to Toyota/OEM standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Bodyshop, and other departments.
- Prepare and monitor service performance reports and KPIs.
- Conduct team training and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
