- Manage a team of field engineers to provide after-sales service support for pharmaceutical equipment, including granulation, tablet compression, and other machinery.
- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues with existing installations and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences for servicing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to maintenance, repair, and replacement of pharmaceutical equipment.
Job Requirements :
- 10-11 years of experience in after-sales service management or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust knowledge of pharma machinery operation and maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
