Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete service & installation operations.
- Coordinate with clients for site readiness & project timelines.
- Lead, supervise & allocate Service Engineers.
- Monitor service tickets, installation reports & documentation.
- Handle client relationships and new client coordination.
- Conduct interviews, training & performance reviews of service engineers.
- Plan free services and engineer assignments.
- Manage service incentives, expenses & departmental targets.
- Conduct operator and recent-engineer training programs.
- Coordinate with technical staff and internal departments.
- Improve service efficiency through Odoo system optimization.
