FONTY provides customized rental solutions for Material Handling Equipment (MHE), supported by reliable service and maintenance. The company offers battery-operated MHEs including BOPTs, Stackers, Forklift Trucks, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and VNAs.
We are looking for Trainee Service Engineers to support equipment maintenance, service operations, safety checks, and customer support. The role involves practical training, site visits, equipment monitoring, and assisting senior service team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors and senior engineers in day-to-day service and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment and machinery performance and assist in preventive maintenance.
- Conduct quality, safety, and equipment checks as per guidelines.
- Assist in identifying technical issues and suggesting improvements.
- Conduct research, collect technical data, and prepare reports.
- Travel to customer sites across locations as required.
- Assist customers with demonstrations and educate them on the safe and effective use of MHE equipment.
- Work closely with service teams and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines at customer and work sites.
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and technical workshops.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Complete assigned tasks and participate in performance evaluations.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to different customer sites.
- Interest in MHE / equipment service and maintenance will be preferred.
