Job Purpose

Responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance testing of refrigeration systems used in climatic/environmental test chambers.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission refrigeration systems for climatic test chambers.
- Diagnose and rectify refrigeration-related faults at customer sites and in-house.
- Work on compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, solenoid valves, filters, pressure switches, receivers, oil separators, etc.
- Handle single-stage, two-stage, cascade, and low-temperature refrigeration systems.
- Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery, evacuation, leak testing, and pressure testing.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
- Support FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning,



and performance validation of climatic test chambers.
- Maintain proper service records, troubleshooting reports, and customer feedback.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and service technicians.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, breakdown service, and preventive maintenance.Required Skills
- Experience with Bitzer, Copeland/Emerson, Frascold, Danfoss or similar refrigeration components is preferred.
- Good understanding of refrigeration cycle and system troubleshooting.
- Good brazing, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
