Company Description JETPOWER, a division of Jupiter Electronics & Telecom Systems, is a 18-year-old organization specializing in power backup solutions for a wide range of customers. The company is an authorized partner of DELTA Electronics Pvt. Ltd. for sales and service of online UPS systems from 600 VA to 1000 kVA.

It is also an AQUA partner for Amararaja Batteries Ltd., supplying industrial batteries for critical applications. JETPOWER offers an in-house range of isolation transformers, servo stabilizers, battery chargers, and phase sequence correctors. The company’s mission is to contribute to making India an uninterrupted power nation through reliable products and responsive service.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Executive role based in Recent Delhi.

The Service

Executive will handle installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of online UPS systems, industrial batteries, and associated power equipment at customer locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining accurate service records. The role involves regular interaction with customers to address service requests, provide updates, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems, support warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities, and promote safe working practices.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to manage client relationships and resolve service-related concerns effectively.
- Excellent communication and organization skills to coordinate site visits, document service activities, and share updates with customers and internal teams.
- Team management and collaboration capabilities to work with technical and sales teams, support joint projects, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Technical knowledge of power backup systems (UPS, batteries, stabilizers, transformers) and basic electrical concepts.
- Ability to conduct on-site diagnostics, use test instruments, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
- Prior experience in field service or technical support in power, electrical, or electronics domains is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical discipline is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and work in field conditions as required.
- A bike is mandatory for travel, as it is a field job
