Looking for Service Engineer (Technician)

Hiring for Service Engineer (Technician)|Rajkot/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Sambhajinagar|

India's Largest manufacturer of Industrial and Commercial Chillers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Diploma candidates ( DME/ DEE)

Good communication (verbal/written).

Attend AMC, CAMC, and breakdown calls, and complete the task within the timeframe. Closure of all the complaints alongwith the detailed service report.

- Generate enquiries for spares, service and VAP products.
- Coordinate with the team to identify and proper resolution of the call.
- Commissioning of new chiller
- Achieve spare target and service business
- Payment follow up to get our dues
- Training to customers and operators
- Arranging suitable vendors,



contractor for chiller erection, shut down job , if required
- Proper handing over of sites, enquiries for value added products
- Technical support/ solutions to the customers and bulid the positive rappo with the team
- Increase customer satisfaction level to get the future business
- Collection of C- forms, TDS and other certificates as and when required.

More work involves troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of chillers, not operation and maintenance.
