We are seeking a technically proficient and analytical Remote BMS Service Engineer to monitor, maintain, and optimize building automation architectures. In this remote capacity, you will utilize secure network protocols to diagnose system faults, push software revisions, and collaborate closely with in office MEP contractors and field service teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics: Proactively track system performance and alarms across multi-site client portfolios using remote desktop applications and specialized software.

Fault-Finding & Remediation: Isolate root causes of software bugs, communication errors, and hardware failures. Provide real-time remote resolution or dispatch action plans to local engineers.

System Optimisation: Perform data analysis on energy usage patterns and adjust HVAC control loops, logic sequences, and setpoints to minimize operating costs.

Software Configuration: Write or tweak custom control logic, design HMI/SCADA graphical interfaces, and implement critical security patches or software updates.

Network & Protocol Management: Oversee building automation communication streams, verifying configuration stability across standard protocols.
