SERVICE ENGINEER

- 2–3 years of experience in the Valve Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of our equipment’s at customer site.
- Troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance support.
- Inspection and performance evaluation of equipment.
- Preparation of service reports, MOMs and technical documentation.
- Supporting spare parts identification and service quotations.
- Coordination with customers, sales & production for completing the service activities.
- Coordination with customers, sales & production for supply of spares parts.
- Planning site visits and managing service schedules.
- Handling customer complaints and providing technical solutions.
- Supervising junior engineers and technicians during service activities.




- Conducting training or technical demonstrations for customers when required.

Required Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and automation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in site commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with safety practices and reporting procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation
- Basic measurement and inspection skills.
