- Receive and register customer service requests through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels.

- Coordinate and schedule service calls based on customer requirements and engineer availability.

- Assign service calls to service engineers and monitor their schedules.

- Follow up with service engineers regarding service status, pending jobs, and completion reports.

- Coordinate with customers regarding service appointments, visit schedules, and job status.

- Prepare and maintain service quotations, work orders, service reports, and other documents.

- Coordinate with the spare parts/store team for availability and dispatch of required spare parts.

- Follow up on pending service quotations and obtain customer approvals.

- Ensure service reports and job closure documents are completed accurately and on time.

- Maintain records of service calls, customer complaints, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and AMC activities.





- Coordinate AMC renewals and preventive maintenance schedules.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments related to service activities.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management.

- Maintain customer and equipment/service history records.

- Coordinate with sales, accounts, stores, logistics, and technical teams whenever required.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and effective service coordination.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
