We are associated with all top designers and architects of India. We are working pan India and our showrooms are located in Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore.

Role overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Coordination Executive to handle incoming leads generated through social media.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with Architects, Interior Designers, and other potential clients, understanding their product requirements, collecting relevant project details, and coordinating with the Sales Team for further follow-up.

 Handle incoming leads received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.

 Call Architects, Interior Designers, and potential customers who have shown interest in our products.

 Understand and record the customer's product requirements, project details, quantity, location, and other relevant information.





 Ask relevant questions to understand the lead and requirement properly.

 Maintain accurate lead information and update the status of each lead.

 Allocate and forward qualified leads to the respective Sales Team members for further followup.

 Maintain lead records and basic reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

 Follow up with leads whenever required and ensure timely communication.

 Maintain professional and courteous communication with Architects, Interior Designers, and customers.  Support the team in maintaining an organized database of leads and requirements.

Candidate Requirement

 Freshers are welcome to apply.

 Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Confident and comfortable speaking with Architects, Interior Designers, and customers over the phone.  Good listening and understanding skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

 Should be organized and positive at maintaining records.
