Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to handle customer service requirements, vehicle inspections and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements.

- Prepare job cards and service estimates.

- Explain repair/service requirements to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team.

- Provide service updates and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.

Required Skills:

- Valuable automobile/service knowledge.

- Strong customer handling and communication skills.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Hyundai/dealership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
