Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with body shops to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to assess damage and provide estimates for repairs.
- Manage PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) processes to ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their needs are met.
Job Requirements :
- 1-12 years of experience in an automobile service industry role such as a Service Advisor or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of body shop operations, including scheduling and estimating procedures.
- Ability to conduct thorough vehicle evaluations using industry-standard methods and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships with customers.
