Job Summary

Popular Hyundai is looking for a customer-focused and technically oriented Service Advisor to join our Service Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

Prepare accurate job cards based on customer concerns and vehicle inspection.

Explain recommended repairs, service requirements, and estimated costs to customers.

Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Monitor vehicle service progress and provide regular updates to customers.

Conduct quality checks and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.

Prepare and explain service invoices and obtain customer confirmation before vehicle delivery.

Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.





Follow Hyundai service standards, processes, and safety procedures.

Maintain proper documentation and update service-related information in the system.

Support customer retention and identify opportunities for additional service requirements.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an automobile service/workshop environment preferred.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Good customer-handling and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of automobile systems, maintenance, and repair processes.

Valuable computer knowledge and ability to work with service/workshop software.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
