We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and n8n automation to improve organic visibility, search performance, website discoverability, and content growth.

The role combines traditional and technical SEO with workflow automation. You will be responsible for identifying search opportunities, improving website performance, executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, monitoring organic growth, and building automated workflows using n8n to streamline repetitive SEO and marketing processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, analytics, content, technical SEO, automation tools, and cross-functional teams to execute measurable organic growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, visibility, and qualified search demand.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content-gap analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, content structure, and keyword optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Monitor website health and identify technical issues that may affect search performance.
- Develop and maintain effective internal-linking and topical-authority strategies.




- Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-focused content based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
- Monitor organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, indexing, and other relevant SEO metrics.
- Identify opportunities for content refreshes, new landing pages, programmatic SEO, and organic growth.
- Build and maintain n8n workflows to automate repetitive SEO, content, reporting, and data-processing tasks.
- Connect SEO tools, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, AI tools, and other platforms through n8n.
- Automate keyword collection, SERP monitoring, reporting, alerts, data enrichment, content workflows, and website checks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize n8n workflows to ensure reliable automation and accurate data processing.
- Use APIs and webhooks to integrate different marketing, SEO, analytics, and business systems.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with search-engine algorithm changes, SEO best practices, AI-powered search, automation technologies, and emerging growth opportunities.





WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic growth, search marketing, or a related role.
- Strong practical understanding of on-page, technical, off-page, and content SEO.
- Hands-on experience with n8n automation and building workflow automations.
- Ability to connect tools and services using APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, and data transformations.
- Experience with SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERPs, technical SEO, internal linking, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website architecture, and web technologies is advantageous.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, APIs, and structured data.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of SEO reporting, KPIs, organic traffic analysis, and performance measurement.
- Ability to identify repetitive processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted SEO workflows is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
