We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, local SEO, content optimization, and performance analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies based on client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Manage on-page SEO activities including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, and content optimization.
- Handle technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Manage Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization and local search visibility.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Identify changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular website audits and create SEO action plans.




- Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Communicate SEO strategies, progress, challenges, and results effectively to clients.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, website structure, redirects, canonical tags, schema markup, and indexing.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of current SEO best practices and Google algorithm updates.

Preferred

- Experience working with multiple client accounts or an agency workplace.
- Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, education, or other competitive industries.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI search visibility.
- Ability to interpret SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
