Webindia Master is looking for a motivated and result-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, content optimization, technical SEO, eCommerce SEO, and the latest developments in search. We are looking for someone who understands that SEO is changing rapidly with AI-powered search, generative AI, Google AI Overviews, entity-based search, and changing user search behaviour. The candidate should be willing to learn, test new strategies, analyse results, and continuously improve SEO performance.

The role will involve working on multiple websites and projects across different industries, with a focus on improving organic visibility, traffic, rankings, leads, and overall search performance.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website pages, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, images, and content.
- Handle eCommerce SEO, including category pages, product pages, filters, faceted navigation, internal linking, and product-focused keyword strategies.
- Develop and implement AI + SEO strategies for modern search environments.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI Overviews, generative search, entity SEO, semantic SEO, and other major search developments.
- Identify and address technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, site architecture,



Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Work closely with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Analyze website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and other SEO tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other key SEO metrics.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support local SEO, international SEO, and multilingual SEO activities when required.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities to improve organic search visibility.
- Support content strategy development based on search demand, user intent, topical authority, and current SEO trends.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through relevant and ethical link-building practices.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and communicate performance, issues, and growth opportunities to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, technologies, AI developments, and search engine updates.

- Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of website crawling, indexing, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
- Knowledge of internal linking and website architecture.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of practical experience in SEO.
- Should have a genuine interest in SEO and keep themselves updated with the latest changes in search.
- Must understand that modern SEO is not limited to keyword rankings and backlinks; knowledge of AI-powered search and evolving search behaviour is highly desirable.
- Should be comfortable working on multiple websites and SEO projects.
- Should be able to independently handle assigned SEO activities and meet deadlines.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance and make improvements.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn current tools and techniques.
- Candidates who regularly follow Google updates, SEO communities, industry news, and emerging AI technologies will have an advantage.
