About Quickshelf

Quickshelf builds integrated retail technology for Indian shops and supermarkets. Our platform brings billing, inventory, staff management, loyalty and analytics into one system, and we develop Electronic Shelf Labels designed to work with it as a single product rather than two bolted together.

Indian retail runs on tools built for someone else's market or on nothing at all. We build affordable, locally supported technology that scales from a single neighbourhood shop to a multi-store chain, backed by a support team that actually knows the product.

The role

We're looking for an SEO Intern to take ownership of organic search for Quickshelf. Retail software is a high-intent search category in India — shop owners are actively looking for billing, inventory and shelf-label solutions — and this role is about making sure they find us.

What you'll work on

- Keyword research across retail software and ESL search terms, in English and Hinglish
- On-page optimisation titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema markup
- Writing and optimising content: comparison pages, practical guides for shop owners, category and city landing pages
- Technical SEO : site speed, crawlability, indexing, Search Console maintenance
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management




- Competitor tracking and monthly reporting on rankings, traffic and conversions

You'll fit if you

- Understand how search actually works, not just what an SEO checklist says
- Write clearly in English; Hindi is a strong plus for keyword work
- Have worked with Search Console, GA4, and a research tool like Ahrefs, Semrush or Ubersuggest — or can learn them quick
- Are a student or recent graduate looking for real ownership rather than shadow work
- Can commit 30 hours a week for 3 months

A portfolio, a personal blog, or a site you've ranked counts for more with us than your marks.
