We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting the company’s overall digital growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues.
- Build and manage quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
- Coordinate with content, development, and other teams to support SEO initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B/IT services SEO will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of content optimization and local SEO.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
